An IT literate person who is fairly technically minded is needed to give technical support to clients using the company's bespoke software.
Manning the helpdesk phones, going out to client's premises to assist them with troubleshooting and technical user problems will be the main responsibility of this post. Hence strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
An aptitude to learn, an IT background and own transport essential. A background in accounts or Payroll Software would be considered an advantage.
